Another recurring theme in my photography — trees.
Life support machines, disguised as lumps of wood sticking out of the ground.
I get endless pleasure from spending time amid the trees, just me and my camera, does that sound weird? I probably spent about two hours photographing the windblown hawthorn at top left, waiting for the right light and exploring all of the angles — time well spent if it makes me happy.
